Cloverfield Has Prequel for a Day
Yesterday it was all over the internet that Cloverfield had a sequel/prequel and that the trailer for it would be shown in America before Iron Man 2 from this Friday. This was due to the fact that the trailer involved some kids watching some Super 8 footage back and seeing an alien.
More recently JJ Abrams has revealed that the trailer is in fact for a new, completely separate secret project and that we’ll have to wait to find out what it is. The film is called, I think, Super 8, and as with Cloverfield the fact that he’s made it this far without anyone knowing a thing is impressive and a little bit exciting.

I kinda still want to believe it’s a Cloverfield prequel. Wish we could have seen this trailer here with Iron Man!
